Delete account

You can delete your Pentilius account at any time.

How

Log in to the game.
Open Settings and scroll to "Delete account".
Tap "Delete my account", then enter the code shown and your password.

What happens next

The deletion happens 3 days after you confirm. Until then you can keep playing and cancel with one button.

What is deleted

Your email, password, profile description, items, buildings, resources, friends and private messages.

What stays

Game history — battles, wars, market, clan donations, Core points and clan-chat messages — stays, but is no longer linked to you and shows as "Deleted player". Database backups are kept for a limited time and then replaced.

I can't access my account

If you can't log in (for example because your account is suspended), write to contact@optiscalesolutions.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion", and include your username.
