1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Account data: email, username, password (stored only in hashed form), chosen race, language, and when you accepted the terms.
• Game data: level, resources, items, buildings, battles, clan, donations, war and season participation.
• Content you create: your profile description, clan names and descriptions, clan-chat and private messages.
• Safety data: reports you file or that are filed against you, blocks, sanctions.
• Technical data: when you were last active. Our servers may technically log IP addresses for security purposes.

3. Why we process it

• to provide the game and your account (performance of a contract);
• for security, fraud prevention and content moderation (legitimate interest);
• to meet legal obligations where they apply.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data is stored with hosting and backup providers that process it only on our behalf. Other players see only your public information: username, race, level, clan, profile description, and the messages you send them.

5. How long we keep it

• For as long as your account exists.
• When you delete your account, your personal data is removed 3 days after you confirm. Game history (battles, wars, market, donations) stays, but no longer linked to you — shown as "Deleted player".
• Database backups are kept for a limited time and then replaced.
• Reports about violations may be kept longer to protect other players.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can delete your account yourself from Settings; for anything else write to contact@optiscalesolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

7. Children

The game is not intended for anyone under 13. If you are below the age at which you can consent to the processing of personal data on your own in your country (14 in Bulgaria), you need permission from a parent or guardian. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores what the game needs to work — your login session and chosen language.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
