Rules and Terms of Use

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age at which you can consent to the processing of personal data on your own in your country (14 in Bulgaria), you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Do not share them.
• Your username must be appropriate and must not impersonate another person, a moderator or the game team.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion happens 3 days after you confirm, and you can cancel until then.

3. Code of conduct

We have zero tolerance for offensive and harmful content. The following are not allowed:

• insults, harassment, threats, stalking, and inciting hatred or violence;
• sexual, racist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive content — in names, descriptions, clans and messages;
• spam, advertising and scams, including attempts to obtain someone else's account or data;
• cheats, bots, automation and knowingly exploiting bugs (please report bugs to contact@optiscalesolutions.com);
• abusing the report feature, including mass or deliberately false reports;
• sharing other people's personal data.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

• Any player can block another player and report a profile, a clan or a message.
• Reports are reviewed by moderators. A report on its own never punishes anyone.
• For violations we may remove content, change a name, or suspend or permanently ban an account, depending on how serious the violation is.

5. Seasons and virtual items

• The game is seasonal. At the end of a season in-game progress resets; your account stays.
• Resources, items and everything else in the game have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out.

6. Availability

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and bug-free, but there may be downtime, maintenance and changes to balance and content.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
