Write to contact@optiscalesolutions.com from the email address you registered with, and include your username.
Someone is insulting me or posting offensive things
Open their profile or tap "⋯" next to the message — from there you can block and report them. Reports are reviewed by moderators.
I found a bug
Describe what happened and where to contact@optiscalesolutions.com. Please don't use the bug to your advantage — that breaks the Rules.
My account is suspended
When you log in you will see the reason and how long the suspension lasts. If you think it is a mistake, write to contact@optiscalesolutions.com.
How do I delete my account
Log in → Settings → "Delete account". Details are on the "Delete account" page.
